If you have already ordered from us, here are some things you might want to know

Order Cancellation

Once you order the right Sigvaris compression garment for your needs, we’re sure you’ll love wearing it! In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once you receive our shipping intimation, you cannot cancel your order. Send an email to sigvaris@novomed.in and we will assist in case you need to return the product. 

Order Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns once the product has been used. Since our products are medical-grade compression garments, they take the wearer’s shape in the first use.

Ordered the Wrong Size or a Different Product

If you have ordered a different product and would like to change the order, simply cancel the order and place a new one. 

If the order has been shipped, please do not open the package when you receive it. This will make it easier for you to exchange the product. Please write to us at sigvaris@novomed.in within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and we will guide you on the next steps. 

Received a Damaged Product

If you feel that you have received a damaged or defective product, do not worry! We are here to assist you. Kindly contact us on sigvaris@novomed.in.

PLEASE NOTE: tiny openings and loose threads in the garment is a result of the knitting technique and is considered a production feature. This does not affect the compression that the garment provides in any way.
